Contributing to Doba KE
Doba KE welcomes contributions from artists, music professionals, readers, creators and members of the wider community. Contributions may include music information, lyrics, stories, news tips, corrections, artist information, images and other relevant material.
Submitting material to Doba KE does not guarantee that it will be published. All submissions may be reviewed for relevance, accuracy, originality, rights and suitability before publication.
By submitting material, you agree that Doba KE may review the material and, where appropriate, edit, format, publish, reproduce, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary for the editorial or service purpose for which it was submitted. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying rights in the material to Doba KE.
Accuracy & Verification
Contributors should provide information that they believe to be accurate and reliable. Where appropriate, Doba KE may verify information before publishing it and may request additional context, clarification or supporting material.
Contributors should not knowingly submit false, fabricated or deliberately misleading information, including information intended to damage another person, artist, organisation or business.
Originality & Rights
You should only submit material that you have the right to provide to Doba KE. If your submission contains material belonging to someone else, you should have the necessary permission, authorization or other lawful basis to submit it where required.
Do not submit material that knowingly infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

Editorial Review
Doba KE may review submissions for accuracy, relevance, originality, rights, clarity, formatting, length and editorial consistency.
We may edit submissions for clarity, grammar, formatting, length or accuracy. We may also request clarification or additional information before deciding whether to publish material.
Editorial decisions are made independently and do not guarantee publication, promotion or continued placement on the site.
Music & Lyrics Contributions
When contributing information about songs, artists, albums or lyrics, please provide accurate details and clearly identify the relevant artist, song or source where possible.
Contributors should take particular care when submitting lyrics, images, recordings or other copyrighted material. Submission alone does not establish ownership or permission to use that material.
Lyrics and other copyrighted material are subject to Doba KE's Fair Use & Copyright policy.
Personal Information
Avoid submitting personal or sensitive information about yourself or another person unless it is reasonably necessary for the contribution and you have a legitimate basis for providing it.
Do not submit another person's private contact details, private communications, account credentials or other sensitive information without appropriate permission or a legitimate reason.
Information collected in connection with contributions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Respectful Participation
Contributors are expected to communicate respectfully with Doba KE staff, editors, moderators and other members of the community.
Harassment, threats, impersonation, deliberate misinformation, abusive behaviour and other conduct that violates our community standards are not permitted.
Contributors should also follow our Community Guidelines when participating in the wider Doba KE community.
Corrections & Updates
If you discover an error in material you submitted or in information published by Doba KE, please let us know. We may review the information and make corrections or updates where appropriate.
Correction requests are reviewed in accordance with our Corrections Policy.
Publication Is Not Guaranteed
Doba KE reserves the right to accept, edit, decline, delay, restrict or remove a submission at its editorial discretion. Submission does not create an obligation for Doba KE to publish or retain the material.
We may also remove or restrict material after publication where we determine that it is inaccurate, unlawful, unsuitable, in violation of our policies or otherwise requires editorial or moderation action.
